          2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

          We process the personal data you provide to us to manage the data of the company's\r\ncustomers and suppliers, to maintain the commercial relationship, accounting,\r\nadministrative and invoicing management, as well as tax obligations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          The purpose of advertising and commercial prospecting is also foreseen, to maintain the\r\ncommercial relationship between the parties.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is\r\nmaintained.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          If you decide to cancel your personal data, it may be kept in our\r\ndatabases for the periods established by law to comply with tax and accounting\r\nobligations, and will be deleted once the aforementioned legal or applicable\r\ndeadlines have expired.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          Furthermore, your data will not be transferred to countries outside the European\r\nUnion, except for reasons of providing technical services, such as when the servers\r\nof system providers or technological resources are hosted outside the European\r\nUnion.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              We process the personal data you provide to us to guarantee the security of the\r\ncompany's facilities through the recording of video images (video surveillance).<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              We also process the data to manage access control.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Personal data will be kept for a maximum of the legal deadlines provided (one\r\nmonth).<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              3. What is the legitimacy for processing your data?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

              The legal basis for processing your data is the satisfaction of legitimate interests\r\npursued by the data controller.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              4. To which recipients will your data be communicated?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

              Your data may be communicated to PROTECCION E INTEGRIDAD, S.A (PROINSA),\r\nthe entity in charge of processing security data, as well as to\r\ncompanies that install and maintain alarm and access control services.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Your personal data will not be transferred to any entity, except those that are\r\nnecessary for the Security Forces and Bodies due to legal obligation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              International transfers of personal data are not foreseen either.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              What are your rights when you provide us with your data?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

              In accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, you have a series of\r\nrights regarding the processing of your personal data.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              The exercise of these rights will be free of charge for the user, except in cases where requests are made that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially because they are repetitive.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

              These rights are as follows:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              1. Right to information:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

              You have the right to be informed in a concise, transparent,\r\nintelligible and easily accessible way, with clear and simple language, about\r\nthe use and processing of your personal data.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              2. Right of access:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

              You have the right to ask us, at any time, to confirm if we are\r\nprocessing your personal data, access it and information about its processing and\r\nto obtain a copy of said data.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              The copy of your personal data that we provide you with\r\nwill be free, although the request for additional copies may be subject to a\r\ncertain fee based on administrative costs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              For our part, we may ask you to prove\r\nyour identity or request more information that is necessary to process your\r\nrequest.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              3. Right of rectification:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

              You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate, outdated\r\nor incomplete personal data that concerns you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              You can also request that incomplete\r\npersonal data be completed, including through an additional declaration.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              4. Right to erasure:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

              You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data\r\nwhen, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for\r\nwhich it was collected.<\/p> \u00a0 \r\n\r\n

              However, this right is not absolute, so our organization\r\nmay continue to keep them duly blocked in the cases provided for in the\r\napplicable legislation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              5. Right to restriction of processing:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

              You have the right to request that we restrict the\r\nprocessing of your personal data, which means that we may continue to store it,\r\nbut not continue to process it if any of the following conditions are met:<\/p> \u00a0 \r\n\r\n

                You have the right to have your data transmitted to\r\nanother data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable\r\nformat.<\/p> \u00a0 \r\n\r\n

                This right applies when the processing of your personal data is based on\r\nconsent or the execution of a contract and this processing is carried out\r\nthrough automated means.<\/p> \u00a0 \r\n\r\n

                7. Right to object:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

                This right allows you to object to the processing of your personal\r\ndata, including profiling.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                9. Right to withdraw consent:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

                If we have obtained your consent to process your\r\npersonal data in relation to certain activities (for example, for the purpose of\r\nsending commercial communications), you may withdraw your consent at any\r\ntime.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
